First America Bank, emerging leader in the community
banking and financial industry, proudly opens the doors of its new Main Office facility, and
second branch location, at 1307 South Tamiami Trail in Osprey. Community leaders and
media alike are invited to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Monday, February 6, at 8:30 a.m.
Breakfast refreshments will be served followed by the raising of the flag and official ribbon
cutting of the 7,500 square foot full-service banking facility.
The Main Branch has operated in a modular unit open to customers located on the property
until the permanent facility was complete. Hank A. Goldsby, President and Chief Operating
Officer of First America Bank said, “We have earnestly anticipated the official opening of our
Main Office and are pleased to be a permanent part of the Osprey community.”
First America Bank opened its first branch on June 1st, 2004, in a temporary facility at 410 43rd
Street West, Suite C in Bradenton and now enjoys another permanent branch location at
2811 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton.
